Enter a Location
To search for a property, you must select at least one location within Australia or New Zealand.

Start typing the name of a location or suburb that you would like to include in your search results and matches will appear as you type. Click on a suburb match result to add it to your saved locations.

Tip: Only a limited number of matches will be displayed at a time, so if you don't see the one that you're after, keep typing!
Include Surrounding Areas
In addition to your saved locations, you can choose whether or not to include areas surrounding them.

Drag the slider bar from 0 km (no surrounding areas will be included) to 25 km and an indication of which suburbs fall within the selected range will appear.

Property Types
This is an optional field.

To limit your search criteria to certain types of property, select one of these options.
Category
Select a category which matches the properties you're interested in.

Criteria options may change depending upon the category you have selected.

Status
This is an optional field.

To limit your search criteria based on status, select one of these options.

For example, to find properties that have been sold, select 'Sold'.
Number of Bedrooms
This is an optional field.

To limit your search criteria to properties having a certain number of bedrooms, select one of these options.

For example, if property A had 4 bedrooms, property B had 2 bedrooms and you select '3 or more' - property B would be excluded.
Number of Bathrooms
This is an optional field.

To limit your search criteria to properties having a certain number of bathrooms, select one of these options.

For example, if property A had 2 bathrooms, property B had 1 bathroom and you select '2 or more' - property B would be excluded.
Number of Car Spaces
This is an optional field.

To limit your search criteria to properties having a certain number of car spaces, select one of these options.

For example, if property A had 2 car spaces, property B had no car spaces and you select '1 or more' - property B would be excluded.
Property Features
To limit your search criteria to properties that have specific features, select one or more of these options.

If you choose one or more of these options, your search will be limited to properties that contain any of the selected features.

For example, if you select air conditioning, intercom and spa, you are limiting your search criteria to properties that have air conditioning or an intercom or a spa.
Price
To limit your search criteria based on price, you can select either a minimum price, maximum price or a price range.

To define a minimum or maximum price, either select from one of the pre-defined values or type in a desired amount.

For example, if you would like to limit your search criteria to properties in the 'Home For Sale' category between $400,000 and $435,000, select '400,000' from the list marked (min) and type 435000 into the field marked (max).
Land Size
To limit your search criteria to properties above a specified land size, enter an appropriate value into this field. The value should be in square metres.

For example, to limit your search criteria to properties with a specified land size of above 405 square metres, enter '405' into the field marked (min sqm).
Keywords
to limit your search criteria to properties that contain certain keywords in either their title or description, enter one or more keywords into this field. Separate multiple keywords by using a comma.

For example, if you would like to limit your search criteria to properties that are described as being courtyard homes, enter the keyword 'courtyard' (without quote marks) into this field.
